Paint is all over Materhorn White with Black, Grey, and Gold stripes. Paint was done two years ago by a shop who does some of the new planes coming out of the Beech factory. Paint literally like new and flawless.
Interior is all leather in a light cream color. Leather is in very good to excellent condition. There are some cracks in plastic around a couple of windows. Interior is about 8/10.
Glass is in excellent condition with dark tint in the rear windows.

Comments:
I have sold 25 President II B55s in the last three years. I have also seen most of the President IIs in existence. N28AX easily rates in the top three as far as condition, avionics, and optional equipment. Of the other two, one sold for $250,000
and the other over $300,000. These were both recent sales.
The maintenance history has been excellent by reputable shops. The logbooks are very well organized with a thorough A.D. list. The avionics are exceptional with over $50,000 of upgrades spent in the last year alone. This is the nicest paint job I have ever seen on any B55 Baron. There is only one deiced President II that I know of which would qualify as having a
better avionics package.
In 1998, the pilot retracted the gear while on the taxiway (not a gear up). No structural damage, but props were replaced and engines torn down. 800 hours ago and no problems since
