Damage history:
    Nose gear retracted by pilot on taxiway in July, 2010.  Mains did not retract.  New three blade props installed, engine went through tear down inspection by John Jewell Engines.  This was 300 hours ago and engines are running very well with high compressions.
    Gear up in 1992.    Repaired by Butler Aviation in Baltimore, MD.
There is no visual indication of damage anywhere on the aircraft.

Comments:
 A "known ice" B55 Baron is a rare plane.  Known ice was not offered by the factory until 1985 and only on the 58 barons.  There are just a handfull of 55 model Barons equipped with the $60,000 TKS system which makes it known ice.
 While a tear down inspection is not considered a plus, the engine cannot be put back together unless the inside of the engine meets overhaul specs.  So it is not much different than a newly overhauled engine.  With only 300 hours since this inspection, it would not be overly optimistic to believe that this engine has alot of time left on it.

Price = $160,000
