Comments

This is a premium A36 which has always been based and hangared in Denver and Vail/Eagle airport. Most of the annuals have been done by Stevens Aviation, a Raytheon Service Center who last year replaced the wing bolts, rigged the gear, and replaced the gear motor. The engine was overhauled in November 2007. All new cylinder assemblies and new camshaft are included. The engine has a full two year warranty. The three blade heated prop is also zero timed including the prop governor. Also included are new engine mounts, hoses, starter, alternator, and vacuum pump. Annual completed in November, 2007. Landing gear motor and actuator overhauled March 2008.
