Owner Assisted Brokerage

     For those sellers who have the time to participate, this option may suit your needs. In this program, the owner will be responsible for showing and aircraft demos. I will take calls and forward onto the owner those prospects who are ready to look at the airplane.

$5,000 per airplane

Services Included:

• Appraisal of aircraft
  
  
• Make up pictures and spec sheet and submit to various websites
  
  
• CD of logbooks
  
  
• Screen calls for seller
  
  
• Provide and assist in paperwork to close the sale

Term is six months
$2,000 is paid up front and is non-refundable.

Owner may advertise on his own. But the remaining $3,000 is due regardless who made the contact.
