Comments:

With the exception of 2014, this F33A spent all of its life hangared in Arizona.  There is no corrosion and the paint and glass are flawless.  Interior has some small cracks in the plastic sidepanels, but still in excellent condition.  Everything works as it should.   Engine runs very smooth.  Four cylinders fall under the Millenium A.D., which requires them to be taken off in 2016.  Four new cylinders are included in the sales price of this plane.  Literally, the only negative of this F33A is the useful load.  It is a good three place plane with luggage, or four place with light luggage.  The turbonormalizing system adds 80 lbs to the empty weight, and the oxygen system adds about 60 lbs.  The built in oxygen system sits aft of the aft bulkhead, so this may be something you might want to take out to help the wt. and CG.  The CG is pretty good with the TAT turbo in the engine compartment.  The Garmin 750 with the Chartview, XM weather, and TCAS cost over $45,000.  The turbonormalizing system also costs over $46,000.  This F33A is probably in the upper 1% of all the other F33As.
