Comments:

Fuel tanks were recently completely stripped and resealed.  Done by "Weep no More" out of Wilmar, MN.  Home of the oldest Mooney Dealer in the world.  Total cost over $11,000.  Always hangared.
90% of maintenance done by Mooney Service Centers.  Two cylinders have been replaced.  Compressions are all very good (70s), with little oil consumption.  I normally fly at 16,000 at 65% power getting 200 kts TAS on 18 gph.  Performance is what is printed in the POH.
