All original. Paint in very good to excellent condition. Wheel pants also in very good condition. Interior is in good condition, but fabric is a bit dated. Glass is in good condition with some minor scratches.

Comments:
This is a very nice, two owner plane. Never a trainer. First owner in California, last at Boeing Field Seattle. Excellent maintenance history and very thorough, easy to read logs. Trues out at 140 kts on 9-10 gph at 7,000-8,000' msl. CG is very liberal. Very easy and fun plane to fly. Just flew it on a 1200 nm trip, and hated to get out. Low insurance rates. I pay $860/year for full coverage, and my 100 hr private pilot son can fly it without a checkout. Weird, but true!
